The Corporate Social Responsibility policy of Lumen born of our vocation and effort to be a company that engages and responds to new expectations and demands, not only in terms of customers, but also in relations with their people and the rest society. Para ello en Lumen estamos elaborando un Plan de Conciliación de la vida personal y laboral, en el cual se pone a la familia en el centro de la escena en la relación entre la persona con el mundo laboral. To do this in Lumen are working on a plan Reconciliation of work and personal life, which puts the family at the center stage in the relationship between the person with the workplace.

Every day we strive for our employees to really maintain a healthy balance between work and family is vital to the welfare of our employees and their ability to compromise with the company.
