Online Auctions at the Base of Knowledge (BOK).
Until recently, financial institutions possessed specialized agencies in managing real estate and other assets from Montes de Piedad.
These assets have traditionally been auctioned in a small face with advertising, being valid for the low volume.
Currently the forecast is that the assets awarded by default or acquisitions increase the risk of not finding liquidity for these assets
With the Lumen auction portal, the entity will have a tool to manage those assets, advertise them and allow a mass audience of potential buyers to purchase these goods.
